PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective training in a training simulation device of the facility control system which trains operators in a systematized monitoring and controlling device so that prompt and exact operations for minimizing damages in the conditions of actually assumed disasters are conducted. SOLUTION: A flow control section 13 generalizing the action of training simulation is provided with a memory 24, a pseudo pulse data section 26, a pseudo analog data section 27, a pseudo change-of-condition data section 28 and a change-of-condition detecting section 30 as a princip al constitution. In the memory 24, simulation information in response to various kinds of changes- of-condition is stored in scenario tables 251 -25n , scenario information, and help information, and the flow control section 13 reads out the corresponding scenario information at the time of starting simulation and generates pseudo data from each section 26-28 to realize training simulations of various situations. |
