PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency and safety by speedily setting a suitable traffic regulation zone without being affected by the skill degree of a work planner in the case of performing the maintenance and check of facilities added to a road. SOLUTION: The traffic regulation zone to be set in the case of maintenance and check of the facilities added to the road is previously determined corresponding to the install positions of respective facilities added to the road, an encoded optimum regulation code 29 is prepared, and managing numbers 22 of respective facilities added to the road and the optimum regulation code 29 are correspondently expressed in a traffic regulation zone chart 21. When performing the maintenance and check of facilities added to the road, the traffic regulation zone is set based on the traffic regulation zone chart 21. |
