摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the intensity of the orientated magnetic field of a magnetic flux generating part enhance significantly by a method wherein a plurality of permanent magnets are arranged in contact with four or more surfaces of a plurality of ferromagnetic material magnetic poles, excluding one surface which faces a cavity. SOLUTION: A resin mixed with magnetic powder is melted to inject in a die through an injection port and cast from the die into a cavity 1 through a primary spool 3, a runner 6 and a secondary spool 7. The cavity 1 is installed in a magnetic field due to a magnetic flux generating part, which comes into contact with each surface other than one surface, which face the cavity 1 of ferromagnetic material magnetic poles 12A and 12B and is provided with permanent magnets 2A1, 2A2, 2B2, 9A, 9B, 10A and 10B in such a way that the same poles of the magnets turned to the magnetic poles 12A and 12B. When the molten magnetic powder mixed resin is solidified by cooling in the cavity and is formed into a molded item, the magnetic powder mixed powder is anisotropically orientated by the magnetic field due to the magnetic flux generating part. In such a way, by providing the magnetic flux generating part, an two-pole transverse orientated magnetic field is formed in the generating part, so that the magnetic characteristics of an anisotropic resin magnet can be enhanced and stabilized.
