PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grind and polish a surface along the straight reciprocating movement, and while to grind and polish a surface crossing the straight reciprocating movement by providing a clearance between an outer peripheral surface of a bearing part and an inner peripheral part of a housing, and providing an elastic member for pressure-contact with a bottom of the clearance in the periphery of the outer peripheral surface of the bearing part. SOLUTION: A bearing part 10 is housed in the condition that a clearance 200 is interposed between the peripheral surface of a housing chamber 11, and installed in a fitting recessed part 10c provided in the peripheral surface of a sleeve 10b and a fitting recessed part 11a provided in a bottom of the clearance 200 in the condition that an elastic member 300 is crushed. With this structure, the bearing part 10 can be oscillated around the elastic member 300 in the housing unit 10. Since a load force is generated from a tip side of a connecting rod 9 in the radial direction of a housing Al each time of rotating a driving shaft, this load force is converted to the oscillating movement for oscillating the bearing part 10 around the elastic member 300 in a range of the clearance 200. A polishing tool 100 performs the straight reciprocating movement and the oscillating movement. With this structure, an object having a surface along the straight reciprocating movement such as a recessed part and a surface crossing the straight reciprocating movement can be efficiently ground and polished. |
