PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sheet from peeling off, eliminate useless projections on side parts, and improve safety at a time of handling, in the case where the periphery of a flat-shaped harness main body is covered with the flexible sheet. SOLUTION: A harness main body 12 composed of a plurality of electric wires arranged in a planary manner is placed on the top surface of a widthwise central part 13a of a flexible sheet 13 the top surface of which is coated with a hot melt adhesive, and widthwise opposite side parts 13b, 13c of the sheet 13 projecting from widthwise opposite ends of the harness main body 12 are folded down onto the top side of the harness main body 12, and tip ends of the opposite side parts 13b, 13c are lapped on each other over the harness main body 12. Then, the harness main body 12 and the sheet 13 being in this condition are sandwiched between a top die 20A and a bottom die 20B of a hot press machine and hot-pressed, and thereby the above-mentioned lapped part as well as the sheet 13 and the harness main body 12 are jointed mutually. |
