PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap device for vent passage of a building which is used in response to the conditions of a cap body of a one kind to facilitate fabrication and management thereof. SOLUTION: A cap device 1 for vent pasage of a building 1 is constructed such that it includes a cap body 25 mounted on an outdoor opening of a vent passage 19 communicating with the outside of the building for ventilating the building, and a draining member 35 provided slantingly out the outer periphery of the can body 25 toward the outside of the building for receiving rain and snow dropped onto the cap body 25 and discharging them at a position separated from the surface of an outer wall 12 of the building 1 to the outside, the draining member 35 being detouchable with respect to the cap body 25. |
