PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capacitate this braking system to detect it surely by a stroke sensor even in the case where the operation of a brake pedal is slightly released. SOLUTION: This braking system is provided with a control valve being controlled by a controller, and it is so designed as to supply atmospheric air to a control pressure passage and a variable pressure chamber B from this control valve. In addition, it is provided with a bypass passage 35 interconnecting a constant pressure chamber A and the variable pressure chamber B, a valve member 38 blocking up the bypass passage at a time when a key member 28 constituting a loss stroke reducing mechanism has come to a forward position to a valve body, and a spring 39 usually holding the key member in this forward position, respectively. Accordingly, since the bypass passage 35 is opened and the valve body is retractable quickly in time of the resetting operation of a servo unit where the brake pedal's operating force is released, the release of pedaling force by the stroke sensor is surely detachable. |
