PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel structure and a building unit in which intermediate members can be easily installed and beams can be used in common. SOLUTION: A plurality of support members 23 are previously jointed between a pair of joists 22A, at a right angle to the joists 22A. An intermediate member 24 is fixed onto the support members 23, at a right angle to the support members 23. The joists 22A integrated with the intermediate member 24 and support members 23 are laid along with other joists 22A between a pair of beams 21 and fixed to form a floor panel 12. In the same way, beams 22B integrated with support members 23 and an intermediate member 24 are laid along with other beams 22B between beams 21 to form a ceiling panel 13. The floor panel 12 and the ceiling panel 13 are jointed to gable end frames 11 to form a building unit 10. |
