PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the document printing method which makes it possible to print a discrimination color of a color tag, etc., in an arbitrary specific area on a document by setting the kind of the document and an arbitrary color corresponding to the contents of its item cell. SOLUTION: A CPU 2 acquires a color information table wherein colored information corresponding to specific cell data of the document to be printed is defined in a document printing process as an output process for document data stored in a document data memory 4b in a RAM 4, and reads a color dictionary table out of a color definition memory 4e in the RAM 4 according to dictionary specification information set in the color information table. Then the CPU 2 decides color information corresponding to cell data according to the read-in color definition dictionary table, and colors and prints the decided color information out on the document by a color print part 8. |
