PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover the reattached toner on an image carrier in a developing device by providing a reattached toner recovering roller which electrostatically recovers the toner reattached to a photo-receptor by a cleaning roller in the developing device. SOLUTION: The reattached toner recovering roller 18 is provided at a position on an upstream side from a developing roller 5 and on a downstream side from an electrifying roller 2 in the rotating direction of a photoreceptor 1, and arranged in a developer container 15. Plural magnets 18b arrayed in a circumferential direction are provided inside the roller 18. Two-component developer D in the container 15 is carried on the peripheral surface of the roller 18 by the action of magnetic force by the magnet 18b internally provided in the roller 18, and fed clockwise in figure. The magnet 18B is fixed so that it can not be rotated and the roller 18 is driven to be rotated clockwise by a driving device so as to feed the developer on the roller 18 clockwise. |
