PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a fire resisting panel usable as interior wall material, exterior wall material, roof material, ceiling material, floor material, partition material, a fire door, or the like without deformation such as bulging and warping after manufacture and excellent in fire resistance, waterproofness, airtightness, construction efficiency and mechanical strength. SOLUTION: A plurality of fire resisting underlaid battens A with nonflammable sheets 7 formed at metal underlaid battens 6 of approximately inverted T-shape cross section having fit-in parts 2 of approximately U-shape cross section are fixed at a constant pitch. Core material 17 formed of plastic foam 18 and a nonflammable board 19 formed at an end part is formed between surface material 8 and back face material 20 to form a fire resisting panel B of butt structure, and this fire resisting panel B is fixed to the whole wall surface between the fire resisting battens A by fixturesβ. An engaging part 27 of a joint cover C of approximately T-shape cross section is fittingly fixed to the fit-in part 2 of the fire resisting underlaid batten A for integral formation.
