PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation shape capablye of reducing depth size. SOLUTION: A top rail 21 as a thermal insulation shape projects an extension piece between an outdoor member 21A and an indoor member 21B from the opposite surfaces of the outdoor and indoor members 21A and 21B, screw hole member 40 having opening grooves are arranged between both indoor and outdoor members 21A and 21B and are separately arranged in the direction of the width at right angles to the indoor and outdoor direction to the extension piece, and the indoor and outdoor members 21A and 21B are connected with a thermal insulating material 21A to the thermal insulation shape. The screw hole members 40 are arranged between the indoor and outdoor members 21A and 21B placing the thermal insulating material 21C in them, and the screw hole members are separately arranged in the direction of the width to the extension piece, so that depth size of the top rail 21 can be reduced to make it possible to sufficiently ensure thermal insulation efficiency.
