<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a hole for implanting an implant at a desired position by providing a guide hole provided with a prescribed inner diameter on a piercing object side and providing a guide member provided with an outer diameter almost matched with the inner diameter in a rotary cutting tool. SOLUTION: A surgical stent 35 is attached, CT photographing is performed, a piercing part to a jawbone 1 is specified and the hole 41 of a prescribed diameter is pierced. Then, a guide ring 43 provided with the guide hole of the prescribed inner diameter is attached to the hole 41, a tooth part is removed from the surgical, stent 35, a cutting operation is executed and only the guide ring 43 and the periphery are left. A piercing instrument 29 is provided with a drill tool 31 on a tip and the guide member 33 is attached to the outer periphery. Also, the guide ring 43 is provided with the inner diameter almost matched with the outer diameter of the guide member 33. Then, in the case of performing a piercing operation, the guide member 33 is inserted into the guide ring 43, the drill tool 31 is rotated in the state of fixing the position (position in a radial direction) and the piercing operation is executed to the jawbone 1.</p> |
