<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly enhance the close adhesiveness of a resin film by bonding resin films to both surfaces of a surface treated steel panel under heating and pressure and heating the surfaces of the surface treated steel panel while cooling the surfaces of the resin films to melt the lower layers of the resin films and bonding the lower layers of the resin films to both surfaces of the surface treated steel panel. SOLUTION: After resin films 3, 3a are bonded to both surfaces of a surface treated steel panel 1 under heating and pressure, the surfaces of the surface treated steel panel 1 of the laminated surface treated steel panel 1a are heated by heating devices 4, 4a to heat and melt the lower layers of the pressure bonded films 3, 3a by the surface heat of the surface treated steel panel 1 to enhance the close adhesiveness of the films 3, 3a with the surface treated steel panel 1. In this heating region, air of the normal temp. is sprayed on the surfaces of the films 3, 3a from cooling devices 5, 5a to hold the films 3, 3a to a crystalline state without deteriorating the upper layers of the films 3, 3a while preventing melting advance to the upper layers of the films 3, 3a to ensure the corrosion resistance of the films.</p> |
