PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve combustion efficiency and purify exhaust gas by putting a ceramic catalyzer in a fossil fuel tank, which is immersed in fossil fuel to improve the same. SOLUTION: A ceramic catalyzer is put in a vessel 7 provided with bores 11. A wire 5 is attached to a flange 8, and at the other end to a magnet cap 2 having a magnet. The magnet cap 2 is fixed on the inner wall of a fossil fuel tank through attraction by its magnetic force. |
