PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection electrifier and an image forming device, without a failure in electrifying, the sticking of magnetic grains to a photoreceptor, reduction in electrifiability caused by toner remaining after a transfer is performed and an electrification ghost. SOLUTION: The injection electrifier is provided with a body to be electrified and a magnetic brush electrifying member which is provided with the magnetic grains and to which a voltage can be applied to rub the surface of the body to be electrified and electrify it. At this time, the surface layer of the body to be electrified incorporates lubricant grains and the 10-point average height Rz of the surface of the body to be electrified is set 0.2-2.5μm. In the image forming device, the toner remaining after the transfer is at least transiently recovered by an electrifying means and the average height Rz of the surface of the body to be electrified is 0.2-1.5μm. Further, the toner remaining after the transfer is at least transiently recovered by the electrifying means, the voltage applied to the electrifying member is one constituted in such a manner that an AC voltage is superimposed on a DC voltage and the average height Rz of the surface of the body to be electrified is set 0.2-1.5μm.
