PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper transmission control in any traveling condition without increasing a control logic in upshift control to be performed by clutch grasp-changing gear shift. SOLUTION: Engaging side oil pressure PMC is calculated by torque phase gear shift control and sweeps up. Releasing side oil pressure PSC is calculated by initial gear shift control by depending on the engaging side oil pressure PMC. Engaging side oil pressure PMC is taken a loading role while releasing side oil pressure PSC performs the follow-control, and therefore, control can be performed even in the power off state as with the power on state, and transmission control is always performed in the same control stage regardless of the vehicular traveling condition.
