PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the investigation, analysis and check of classes of customers visiting a shop by analyzing customer information by processing the customer information supplied through an interface unit having plural interface slots for simultaneously connecting plural input hand sets. SOLUTION: An interface unit 2 has plural interface slots 9 for mounting input hand sets 1 and consists of a processing circuit while using an interface logic circuit for processing the customer information provided from these interface slots 9 and a power supply circuit. Then, an input hand set 1 is pulled out of the interface unit 2, the input hand set 1 is hung on the waist of a clerk and the clerk inputs the customer information by taking the input hand set 1 by hand. When the investigation is finished, the input hand set 1 is inserted into the interface slot 9 of the interface unit 2 and mounted. Thus, the customer information is supplied to a host computer and the customer class is analyzed and checked there. |
