PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate preparation of medicines by an apparatus in place of the conventional manual preparation of medicines from visual reading by recording electronic information while it is impossible to visually read preparation by the others than a prescriber and the persons concerned with dispensing of medicines. SOLUTION: A storing medium 1 storing digitized inherent information of a medicine or a computer program as visual unreadable means is integrated with the preparation surface of a medicine, a medicine bag (heat seal, a packaging bag after dispensing), a medicine carrying bag inside and outside the hospital, or a package by printing, sticking or as a packaging material. Thus, if it is desirable in view of remedy to keep the medicine name and components secret, if it is considered to be desirable in view of protecting a patient's privacy to enable only the persons concerned with dosage to know the medicine name and components for keeping secrecy, or if a letter of introduction, a chart, a medical prescription and examination data are in charge of a patient, it is used in keeping secrecy for the patient and those around him/her. |
