PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet printing method capable of affording uniform and clear images free from any hue flaw (physical shape flaw) with no lateral stripes, etc., when a fabric is dyed by delivering ink through the respective nozzles of heads. SOLUTION: This ink jet printing method is so designed that plural heads A, B, C arranged at regular intervals above the surface of a fabric F are subjected to reciprocating motion in parallel with the fabric surface and also rectangularly to the feed direction of the fabric F and ink is delivered upon the fabric surface. In this case, the respective heads A, B, C to deliver ink differing in color from one another are located in tiers sequentially so as to deliver such ink upon the fabric surface in the same order during the reciprocating motion of the respective heads. |
