PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain granular agrochemical composition which can simultaneously attain the residue of active ingredients of agrochemicals in soil, avoidance of wind blowing of granular compositions together, excellent spreadability of active ingredients of agrochemicals and wettability enabling labor-saved application, by formulating a specific component. SOLUTION: This agrochemical composition contains an active ingredient as an agrochemical (for example, 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid), sodium polyacrylate with a molecular weight of 500,000-6,000,000, a surfactant (for example, a naphthalenesulfonate salt and water-floating hollow carrier. The water-floating hollow carrier preferably has a specific gravity of <=1 and particle sizes of 10-600μm. The surfactant preferably has a surface tension of 50 dyne/cm. As of the contents of individual components, the sodium polyacrylate is preferably 0.2-5 pts.wt., the water-floating hollow carrier is 1-40 pts.wt. and the surfactant is 2-15 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of this composition.
