<p>The present invention uses a system composed of two normal or pivotal wheels provided with a spring mechanism that allows the regulation of their tension as a function of its mobile weight. The principal novelty of the claim regards the REGULATION of the tension exerted on the wheels that allows the weight of the furniture piece to gravitate, in a partial or total way respectively, on the wheels (movement position) or on the feet of the furniture piece. The scope of the invention is represented by the ease in the moving of furniture and heavy objects, usually put on the floor, for their usual usage or for the periodical cleaning operations. The applications field regards all the furniture pieces for the house and other objects of any type of which one of the following applications is wanted to be used: 1) increase the pressure to the maximum, in order to use the furniture with the wheels always "active"; 2) reduce the pressure to the point where the base of the furniture piece reaches the ground (fig. 1) but, when needed, exert the minimal effort on it in order to keep it lifted and to keep it moving with the wheels (Fig. 2); 3) remove from the furniture piece any object superimposed but with weight sufficient (ballast) to move it with the wheels. 4) reduce the pressure to the minimum, in order to increase the stability of the furniture piece in normal conditions.</p> |
