The pipe connection sleeve (1) is mounted via a wall (5) fixer (6) complete with its protective pipe (4) connection (11) and releasable pipe connector (2) so that connections between the water pipe (3) and the connector as also between the protective pipe and the fixer lie partly clear of the wall plane. The two pipes are inserted via a hole in the wall-facing side of the fixer into the plastics sleeve itself so as to cover over the opening (13) for the two pipes. The fixer is screwed into wall holes (12) and the sleeve has a bottom outlet (8) to drain leakage. The sleeve cover (7) covers over the opening when viewed at right angles to the wall and the connection comes in collar form to take the sealably inserted end of the protective pipe. The water line is run to connection level and then inserted at the end together with the protective pipe via the opening so that the pipe and connection adjoin the sleeve connector with the water pipe ready for completion.
