Fabric sheath for laminar flow hood

The fabric sheath (1) which defines a sterilised air supply duct (9) is formed by a sealed wall (2) and a porous wall (3) which extend longitudinally and axially along the sheath. A longitudinally extending diffusion pocket (4) connected by the porous wall to the duct has an external porous wall (5). This pocket ensures median diffusion of sterilised air at a slow speed and lateral air diffusion at higher speed on all sides. The external wall of the diffusion pocket has two lateral sealing bands (6) fixed to the edges of the sealed wall and an intermediate porous zone (8) edged by two lateral slots (7).
