PURPOSE:To allow a user to easily designate the sequence of communication between document components, and simultaneously, to mutually switch data between different systems by composing a document of the document components and a communication procedure control part and transmitting the document components according to the communication sequence of the communicating procedure control part at a transmitting terminal. CONSTITUTION:Even the communication procedure is added to a document construction as one document component in the form of the communicating procedure control part. At the time of communication, at the transmission terminal, the communication procedure control part is interpreted, the document component units are successively transmitted according to the communication procedure, and the whole document is communicated. Thus, the designations of response speed and display sequence different at every communication service can be released to a user as the description of the communication procedure, and since the communicating procedure control part is character information, preparation and a maintenance can be executed by using the input and edit systems of the character information, and further, by standardizing the description format, the data can be switched even between different systems. |
