The filler has a multiple cylindrical sections of decreasing diameter each having an angled lower collar with a slightly smaller diameter than that of the adjacent section and an upper collar. The collars allow a limited relative tilting of the cylindrical section. An upper tip (5) forms a funnel and has a lower collar similar to that of the sections. A cover (3) has lower openings which are determined as a function of each type of reservoir to allow air flow.
