The device comprises a PCB which has a mounted wideband op-amp. Its positive input terminal is connected to an R,G,B input signal terminal while the op-amp output is fed back to the negative input. An electronic correction module is connected between the negative input terminal and circuit ground. The module uses electronic components which have values optimised to compensate for the attenuation of the cable at the operating frequency and according to the cable transmission distance. The PCB may also include an electronic circuit which synchronises the RGB signals and a circuit which processes RS232 control signals. |
