An applicator comprises a first delivery member movably mounted on the body and operable to deliver a first medication. An interacting piston and cylinder are mounted on the body and enclose a variable volume space. A first duct is used to deliver a liquid to the space. A second duct is included, through which liquid passes from the space to be ejected. The first delivery member and the interacting piston and cylinder are operatively associated so that actuation of the first delivery member reduces the volume of the space to cause delivery of the liquid. The cylinder is fixed to the body, and the piston is movable relatively between a first position at which the space has a maximum volume and a second position at which the space is reduced in volume. The delivery member is fixed to the piston so as to move with it. The applicator further includes a second interacting piston and cylinder enclosing a variable volume space. The delivery member includes a delivery passage extending to the space of the second piston and cylinder so that a liquid is delivered through the passage as the space of the second piston and cylinder is reduced.
