The shower partition has at least one fixed wall connecting plate (3) and one or more door panels (4) and hinges (5) whose fixed parts are set on the connecting plate (3) at the top and bottom edge while their movable parts, which are connected to the door panel, are detachable. The fixed hinge part can be on the lower edge of the wall connecting plate a component part of a holding rail (8) which defines the lower edge.
