Josephson tunnel contact stack on substrate for e.g. local oscillator

The stack is located on a substrate. A first tunnel contact is in the form of a dummy junction. Preferably the Josephson tunnel contacts are based on NB-AL, and the stack is typically used in an electronic component, such as a local oscillator. In the stack manufacture, the first contact forming layers are so widely formed, w.r.t. the layers forming the further tunnel contacts, that the first contact does not support the mode of the contacts in the rest of the stack.
