The interior of cushioning is composed of cushion layer(1) of low-density foaming resin material which an elastic spring(11) is buried to a certain distance, outer cortical layer(4) of textiles or leather goods which is stacked and equipped in the upper and lower face of either side of heat insulation layer(3a)(3b), soft layer(2a)(2b) of high-density foaming resin material which is stacked and prepared in the upper and lower face of cushion layer and heat insulation layer of synthetic or natural goods which is stacked and prepared in the upper and lower face of soft layer. An elastic spring(11) is insulted and foamed with holding cap(12) in the upper and lower face as keeping certain distance.
