Title resin composition having a superior impact-resistance, cold tolerance and antiweatherability was prepared by blending specific acrylic graft copolymer with polyalkylene terephthalate resin. Thus, 1st step: a rubber elastic polymer was synthesized by reacting acrylic acid ester having C2-10 alkyl group with small quantity of crosslinking agent, 2nd step: an acrylic elastomer was synthesized by polymerizing a mixture of multifunctional grafting agent and acrylic acid alkylester, 3rd step: a graft copolymer was synthesized by graft polymerizing the acrylic elastomer with methacrylic acid alkylester, aromatic vinyl compound and vinylcyano compound, 4th step: the graft copolymer and polyalkylene terephthalate resin were blended to give the title resin composition.
