An air conditioning system for car having a unit case which is mounted under a head lining and an inlet and an outlet exhausting air in front and rear directions at the same time are formed in; a slim evaporator core which is mounted in the unit case and converts the hot air into the cool air; the first and second blower fans which are mounted in series outside of the evaporator core and rotate in opposite directions in intake air; and a blower motor which is mounted in one side of the first and second blower fans and provide the driving power is disclosed. Thereby, it is possible to increase cooling effect in a short time because the cool air is discharged in front and rear directions at the same time in cooling the car room.
