<p>The invention concerns a container (50) from which is extruded semi-solid food product by the use of dispensing apparatus. The container is of unitary construction having a base portion (51) and a deformable portion (52) and is formed of plastics. An opening (57) is formed in the container through which the container is both filled and discharged. Discharge is by deforming the deformable portion into the base portion to obtain complete emptying. It is preferred that the container is formed in one operation by blow moulding and the container may be filled with the deformable portion initially located within the base portion.</p> |
