Air-conditioning and ventilation system for rooms in low temperature house

The rooms in the house have air ducts which can be regulated for conveying the heated used air. The used air and part of its heat content is conveyed to the separate rooms in the form of heat radiation and heat conduction from wall and/or floor (5,6) and or ceiling openings. The discharged air from the individual rooms is conducted outside by air dampers (8) in the ceilings or top wall parts and adjacent air-ducts (4) for pre-heating the fresh air via a heat exchanger (2). The air-heating plant can be switched over to being a cooling unit.
