Between the cap and the basic body at least one flat part is tensioned with a hole drawn over the pin. On the pin (2) a socket (3) can be drawn, engaging around it with a predetermined free space, and supporting on the pin or the basic body (1). The radial free space can include at least the free end area of the pin. The socket is provided with a holed base for radial support on the pin over the edge of the base hole. The shaft (6) of the cap (5) may be connectable via a thread with the pin. The basic body can e.g. be a bodywork plate in the interior of a motor vehicle.
