The shaft (1) and hub (2) are coupled together by means of an annular gap (3) in the hub. The gap is connected to a pressure source. A passage (6.3) in a clamping body (6.1) is connected to the gap, the body being inside and in contact with a second enclosing body (6.2). Pressure in the passage thrusts the clamping body against the enclosing one, against which a spring (6.4) acts, tending to thrust it off the clamping body. The enclosing body can consist of a cap, against which the spring bears. The passage in the clamping body can be annular.
