The system includes a sensor carrier made of self-adhering, non-conducting, flexible material, pref. of a plastic film 1, having one or more sensors adhesively connected with it. The sensor carrier is processing machine. Further sensors are inside the processing machine, which is interrupted partly by windows. The sensors communicate with a printed circuit board, and are distributed over the surface of the sensor carrier, that they form one or more test panels. The sensor carrier strip begins at B and consists of carrying film, connected with sensors, forming strip-shaped, electrically conducting electrodes. The sensor carrier film itself in the region of the electrodes A is raised from the movement plane, wedge or arc shaped, at an angle alpha between 1 and 20 deg. pref. 5 deg.
