The inner area of the restaurant is made of segments (3a-3h) which are loosely attached with other, and are connected at the centre of the inner area (3) via hinges (5). The segments lie on the edges of the inner area and can be rolled or slid on a solid support or rail in the centre of the inner area. The entire unit may be driven by one or more electric and/or hydraulic motors or geared motor, having a fixed or variable rotational speed.
