The circuit arrangement includes a series circuit of two capacitors (4, 5), which is connected to the accumulator battery (1). Their common point is connected with a shunting resistance (3). Which stores the voltage values during the measurement. Operation amplifiers are provided for measuring the loading voltage, and the inner resistance of the amplifiers is respectively very much smaller than 10 NM ohms. The circuit arrangement contains switching facilities (6, 7), over which measurement amplifiers (12, 13) are connectable against earth at the battery poles, for a predetermined time duration, for the measuring of the part voltages (U1", U2"). Also additionally across further switching facilities (8, 9), the battery pole with the higher part voltage is loadable with a loading resistance (10, 11), so that after a specified adjusting time, the loading voltage is measurable.
