<p>The device comprises feeding means (5, 7) of a precut envelope (4), upper and lower rubbing members (10, 12) respectively defining a space for driving the envelope and its contents by friction and arranged to drive forward or backward according to the following successive steps: a) the upper (12) and lower (10) members drive an envelope (4) forward with its uncut side at the rear, b) the lower members (10) do not drive, and the upper members (12) drive backward, by which means the upper fold (27) of the envelope (4) curls up and opens, c) the upper (12) and lower (10) members drive the envelope (4) and its contents forward until the contents (33) are released from the driving space but the open envelope is still retained therein, d) the upper (12) and lower (10) members suddenly stop driving, and this allows the contents (33) to be released and collected in reception means (21).</p> |
