A fixing device of the hands-free mike for a car having a sliding receptacle(5) which is formed to fix a hands-free mike(7) in the pillar(4) between a front door(2) and a windshield glass(3); a hands-free mike(7) mounted to be taken out of the sliding receptacle(5) in constant angle by a hinge(6); a slide groove(8) in which a guide(10) is formed to vertically move on the inner side of the hands-free mike(7); a guide(10) screwed to a screw shaft(9) to be coupled to the slide groove(8); and a motor(11) fixed to the screw shaft(9) to rotate in both directions is disclosed. Thereby, it is possible to conveniently communicate through a portable telephone in driving.
