BOILING POINT EXPRESSION METHOD OF MICROWAVE OVEN

The boiling point display method of a microwave oven having a sensor for detecting a boiling point of a cooking material, comprises the steps of detecting an amount of humidity variation through the sensor under the control of a microcomputer, during a manual cooking or an automatic cooking; comparing whether the amount of humidity variation is over a predetermined reference value; and if the amount of humidity variation is over the reference value, recognizing the amount of humidity variation as the boiling point of the cooked material to thereby inform a user of the boiling state of the cooking material for a predetermined time period.
