The structure has a housing containing at least one connector for electric connection. The housing is fastened to a vehicle on-board unit. The structure also has at least one elastic element with a vibration absorption function. This is arranged in contact between the housing and the on-board unit. The housing may be a resin shape and each elastic element may be a resin spring formed integrally with the housing. Each spring may have a curved shape curved convexly outward from the contact surface of the housing. The housing may cooperate with an integral connector unit with a number of connectors. The on-board unit may be an automatic transmission of a vehicle. The connector may be connected to the terminal of a solenoid valve.
