摘要 The transmitter consists of a number of friction pulleys (3) which transmit rotation between an input and output disks (1,2). A pair of pulley support members (4,5) support each friction pulley individually in rotation through a piston (14), acting inside a speed change control valve (17). The axis of rotation of friction pulley coincides with that of input/output disks axis in the neutral position. The power roller rotates almost in inclined position with respect to an axis `O3' to change the transmission ratio between input and output disks into stepless range, by displacing its axis to the axis of rotation. Upper and lower links (6,7) are provided between adjacent friction pulley support members at the terminals such that it displaces based on the thrust received from the disks occasionally. A coupling element (10) connects the friction pulley support member and piston in the gap between them. The shaft has a cross-section such that the flexural rigidity in the thrust direction is slightly higher than that in the higher side.
