The tooth form of a screw rotor of a compressor comprises: an external rotor(1) having four lobes(2) and four spiral grooves(3) between the lobes; and an internal rotor(11) having five lobes(12) and five spiral grooves(13) between the lobes, a first curve(g1-f1) of the external rotor(1) having one point outer-contacted with a dedendum circle of the external rotor(1) and the other point outer-contacted with a second curve(f1-e1) of the external rotor(1), which is covered with a first circular arc(g2-f2) of the internal rotor(11), a second curve(f1-e1) of the external rotor(1) having one point outer-contacted with the first curve(g1-f1) of the external rotor(1) and the other point outer-contacted with a third curve(e1-d1) of the external rotor, which is covered with the a second circular arc(f2-e2) of the internal rotor, and a third curve(e1-d1) of the external rotor(1) having one point outer-contacted with the second curve(e2-d2) of the external rotor and the other point outer-contacted with an addendum circle of the internal rotor, which is covered with the a third circular arc(e1-d1) of the internal rotor(11).
