The humidity sense is controlled by initializing a sensor in the automatic cooking mode and counting the time of sense to read humidity values at a predetermined time interval; comparing the current value(a) with a reference value updated; updating the reference value only when the current value(a) is smaller than the reference value; calculating a humidity variation according to a difference between the current value(a) and the reference value when the current value(a) exceeds the reference value; and detecting a boiling point when the humidity variation is greater than a predetermined value for specified times.
