Steering lock arrangement

In steering lock apparatus, in order to prevent a distal end of a lock key from slipping off from a key lock hole 13 of a key lock collar 12 in a steering lock state, a tip end of a projection 34 formed in a bracket 29 for securing a key cylinder 24 to a lower steering column 6 is set as close to an outer peripheral surface of the key lock collar 12, thereby preventing bending of the steering column.
