This invention related to a penetration-type capacitor and a magnetron integrated with the capacitor. The penetration-type capacitor includes: a ceramic dielectric(64) having a top surface fixed to a fixing tap(61) and a bottom fixed to a dielectric fixing part(42A); a penetration conductor having one end penetrated to the ceramic dielectric(64), and a cylindrical lead tap(62); an insulation case(63) including the ceramic dielectric(64), and a bottom directly fixed to the filter case(42); insulation tube(66); insulation cylinder(68) having an upper part fixed into the filter case(42), and having the lead tap(62); and an insulation resin(11) having the insulation case(63) and the insulation cylinder(68) in order to fix the ceramic dielectric(64) and the penetration conductor(60).
