摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a grain-oriented silicon steel sheet high in magnetic flux density and extremely low in core loss by increasing its magnetic flux by finish annealing, simultaneously smoothening (mirror-finishing) the surface of the steel sheet and smoothening the movement of the magnetic domains to obtain ultra-low iron loss. CONSTITUTION:A hot rolled silicon steel strip is cold-rolled is subjected to primary recrystallization annealing, is thereafter coated with a separation agent for annealing essentially consisting of alumina in such a manner that is dispersed into an organic solvent and is subjected to finish annealing in a neutral or reducing atmosphere. For improving its magnetic flux density, the means of removing an oxidized film formed on the surface of the steel sheet at the time of the primary recrystallization annealing, of executing nitriding treatment by ammonia, of using AIN as the main inhibitor or the like are adopted. In this way, the grain-oriented silicon steel sheet having a mirror face and extremely high in magnetic flux density can be obtd., which is subjected to domain fractionating treatment by a laser or the like and applied with tension coating to obtain the ultra-low iron loss material.
